The project consists of a nine-story mixed use building with upper-level duplex mezzanines and private rooftop terraces above. The building will be constructed with flat plate/flat slab cast-in-place concrete.  The building will be supported on a deep foundation system consisting of piles, pile caps and grade beams.  This unique luxury building will contain elevated landscaped courtyards, rooftop terraces, multiple swimming/plunge pools and many other amenity components.
