The project consists of two towers (18 and 29 stories) supported on a common 5-story podium.  The upper residential levels will be constructed with flat plate concrete and the podium structure will be constructed with flat plate/flat slab.  The building will be supported on a deep foundation system consisting of piles, pile caps and grade beams.  The building will contain elevated landscaped courtyards, rooftop terraces, swimming pool and other green roof components.
