The project consists of a 6-story mixed-use building.  The building will be constructed with two levels of cast-in-place concrete construction supporting four levels of wood-framed construction.   The project includes a large terrace area at the second floor and an accessible area at the roof.  The building will be supported on a combination of conventional spread footings and mat foundations.
