The project consists of the proposed adaptive reuse/renovation of the above referenced 3-story building (279 Water Street) with a full cellar and the attached 5-story building (18 Dover Street) with cellar crawl space.  The project includes a small rear addition.  The existing 5-story building and new rear addition will be supported on on a drilled-in pile foundation
