The leadership of JBI Engineering has been responsible for the adaptive reuse and vertical expansion of a number of important buildings in our region.  We take the approach of making each component work as hard as it can and finding reserve capacity in the existing structure and foundation.  We utilize 3D finite element analysis to accurately distribute loading to new or existing structure, as required, to provide the most economical results.  We are most familiar with adding levels to existing buildings and their foundations.
